Sweet Homes Group (SHG) had recently participated in the Middle East’s largest and most influential property show, a three-day event held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
The exhibition took place from Tuesday, 21st of April till Thursday, 23rd of April at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), the event was the UAE Capital’s largest and most influential property investment showcase that has welcomed more than 130 international and regional exhibitors and over 35,000 participants from around the world.
During the exhibition we were privileged with the presence of Ambassador of Pakistan to the United Arab Emirates, H.E Mr. Asif Durrani, Commercial Council Eng; Habib, Chaudhry Arshad Waraich (Member of Provincial Assembly - Punjab) and Chaudhry Fazil (Pakistan Business Council UAE), who were then briefed by MD, Mr. Fahad Sattar Dero accompanied by Chairman, Mr. Abdul Sattar Dero and other senior officials from Sweet Homes Group.
We felt very confident about participating in Cityscape 2015 being the only Master Developer, Real Estate Developer representing Ajman, and we believe that our presence at event with such scale was an absolute must as we’ve witness a rapid growth in the market, the initial objectives were achieved, while the main focus was to facilitate/educate global investors regarding Ajman’s real estate market, our Ajman Uptown project and about our recently launched program that enables several high net worth individuals globally to be considered for an Antigua and Barbuda citizenship by making an economic contribution via Citizenship by Investment Program (subject to due diligence), during the exhibition we were overwhelmed by the positive interest we received from both visitors and other organizations.
Last but not least, it was a very successful show from the Sweet Homes perspective and we are very much looking forward to Cityscape Qatar 2015 which takes place from 11th – 13th May 2015 at Doha Exhibition Center, Doha Qatar.
